Slots

Cambodia Airports is responsible for slot allocation, schedules facilitation and schedule data collection at two international airports in Cambodia: Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. Our objective is to ensure efficient use of capacity and better operational performance for the benefit of airport, airlines and passengers. We are committed to delivering world class coordination to our airlines by working collaboratively with them.

All airlines operating to and from coordinated airports must always submit a request for the allocation of landing and/or take-off slots to the coordinator and receive approval before operating. We advise operators to request their slots following IATA worldwide slot guidelines (WSG). For some special cases, like ad hoc flights, operators shall request their slots at least 10 business days before operation. Messages must be sent through a SCR format (Slot Clearance Request/ Response) in conformity with chapter 6 of the IATA SSIM Manual. Dates, days and times will be strictly in UTC.
